It's time for another round of updates!
As always, our fantastic and innovative product team has been busy making our platform even better and adding some exciting new features too.
This month, we’re thrilled to bring you news of brand new CRM functionality, as well as the return of a favourite feature and a helpful tweak to the Ambassador Time Report.
Also, please be aware that we're doing what we can to help your Ambassadors enjoy the holiday period; between 23 Dec - 5 Jan, we will be editing the automatic reply that prospects receive when they send a message to an ambassador:
"Joe may take a while to get back to you as it’s the Christmas break. Please be patient and you’ll receive a notification by email as soon as they reply.”
This just means that your ambassadors can enjoy the break, and prospects know to expect a short delay - it is Christmas after all!

Brand new! CRM!
We're delighted to tell you that you can now easily learn more about how to integrate TAP with your CRM and start sharing data between the two. There’s a couple of ways to go about this (one less technical and one more so) so there will be something for everyone to get started.
If anyone needs help, please get in touch, but feel free to explore the new CRM section in your settings tab.
Course of interest is back!
You asked, and we listened...after a hiatus, the optional data point ‘Course of Interest’ is now back!
This means you can upload a csv file of your own course list and activate this as an optional data point for your prospects to fill out - if this is the kind of info that is useful or important to you.
Ambassador Time Reports - exports now available!
We received several messages saying it would be helpful to be able to export data from the Ambassador Time Report to help you make payments to your ambassadors - if you sent one of those requests, well, we've got some good news for you!
You can now filter and export your Ambassador Time Reports in a csv format. Happy exporting!
